We made this one in the oven, but I bet 30-45 minutes on a low smoke would help the flavor out.

2 lbs beef ribs (these were cut individually and on sale at Safeway).
6 oz Concentrated Beef Broth
8 sprigs of fresh Green Onion
4 full Rosemary sprigs
8 small carrots (not really small carrots, but da kine from the 8oz or 16oz pre-bagged)
Favorite Beef Rub

Remove membrane from each rib if it's attached.  Salt and pepper all sides of the rib.  Fire up a wok on high heat and brown each side of rib for 30 seconds.

Remove from heat and set ribs aside. 

Get a medium casserole dish and line the bottom with half of Green Onions and Rosemary.

Place ribs on the Green Onions and Rosemary.

Place the remaining Green Onions and Rosemary on top of the ribs.  Pour Concentrated Beef Broth over everything.

Foil the top of the casserole dish.  Cook at 250 for 5 hours.
