Crash’s Apricot Bread Puddin’

12 slices white bread, cut into cubes
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup diced, dried apricots
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup white sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups scalded milk

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly butter 2 quart baking dish (I used Pam). Combine the bread cubes, butter, cinnamon and apricots. Mix well and put in the baking dish. Beat the eggs,  and add sugars, vanilla and salt. Add milk, mix well and pour over the bread cubes. Bake for 20 minutes, stir. Bake another 20 minutes.  When a toothpick comes out dry, it is done…time may need to be increased for toothpick to come out dry.

Perfect dessert for all your BBQ's.
